Last week’s best news was the revamped Trading Online Voucher Scheme! The Local Enterprise Office has really stepped up the game! The trading online voucher is designed to assist small businesses with up to 10 employees to trade more online, boost sales and reach new markets.
So what has changed?
First of all, It now offers financial assistance of up to €2,500 with co-funding of 10% from the business, instead of the previous 50%! This means that it reduces the cost of developing your online trading capacity by up to 90%! And, secondly, the best news is that you can now apply for a second voucher!
First time applicant?
If this is the first time that you want to apply, the main requirements are that you are for 6 months in business and that you have attended the online workshop (check your Local Enterprise Office website for dates).
What can you use it for?
Anything that will make your online trading business a better user experience. This can be: developing a website, social media, marketing services, and did I mention photography? This is your opportunity to give your website the authentic look. You can finally have the images that tell your story which makes your business unique. This will help you to stand out and to create an online impression that will make you noticed.
